Also known as Cinnamomum cassia, Cassia essential oil is derived from the bark of the Cassia tree, native to China and Southeast Asia. Cassia oil has a warm, spicy, and sweet aroma that is similar to cinnamon and is often used for aromatherapy and traditional medicine.

It is believed that cassia essential oil has antimicrobial, antifungal, and antiviral properties, making it a popular natural remedy for fighting infections.
